Nicho founded Northeast Creative in 2020 while studying documentary filmmaking and commercial media at the University of Vermont. His mission was clear from the start: to build a world-class media company that serves clients across the globe, produces beautiful work with real ROI, and creates a home for ambitious creatives to do fulfilling, meaningful work.

He brings a consultative, outcome-focused approach to every project—ensuring content aligns with business objectives and maximizes impact across channels—while also applying that same strategic mindset to Northeast Creative’s own brand and growth.

Mike is a multidisciplinary filmmaker with a deep passion for the entire creative process—from content development and directing to lighting, editing, and sound. He now leads crews on high-end commercial productions across the Northeast, bringing both creative vision and logistical clarity to fast-paced, high-stakes shoots. Known for making long days run smoothly, he balances precision with an easygoing presence on set—something clients and collaborators alike love him for.
As our lead editor, Mike delivers polished work at lightning speed, consistently turning around complex projects with impressive efficiency.

Dan is a key creative partner at Northeast Creative, bringing years of experience as a New York–based cinematographer and producer across documentary, narrative, and commercial work. His feature credits include Public Hearing (CPH:DOX), Brothers Hypnotic (SXSW, PBS), and A City Traced (DOC NYC). His commercial and broadcast work has aired on Comedy Central, ABC, ESPN, HBO, IFC, CBS, and Vice—delivering polished visuals and a sharp creative eye to every project he’s part of.
